Food-grade Raw Materials
Certified by SQF, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (U.S.), etc., free of harmful substances like plasticizers and azo dyes to avoid oral mucosal irritation.
Ultra-soft Fiber Structure
Designed with ultra-fine fiber structure, offering no roughness when contacting the oral cavity, suitable for long-term sublingual use.
Precision Sustained-release Control
Forms a 20-50 micron three-dimensional pore network through special processes, with nicotine release rate controllable at 0.5-2mg/h (adjustable per product needs), avoiding irritation from traditional tobacco to achieve "mild release and long-lasting satisfaction". The surface is coated with sustained-release materials to form a "controlled-release membrane", delaying the nicotine release cycle.
Anti-stick and Anti-leak Design
Anti-stick Treatment: The surface is coated to prevent adhesion to oral mucosa after contact with saliva, allowing free repositioning during use (e.g., moving freely without sticking to gums).
Sealing Structure: Edges adopt ultrasonic welding or heat-sealing processes with sealing strength ≥3N/5cm, preventing nicotine solution leakage (e.g., no leakage under 100kPa pressure when internal liquid content ≤0.5ml).
